- Once your application is received, the following items will be requested:
- A non-refundable application fee of $30, payable to Concordia University by check, money order or pay online
- Final and official transcripts from all previous institutions attended
* If you have attended a MNSCU college or university we also ask that you provide an official accompanying DARS or MnTC goal area worksheet. Concordia does accept completed goal areas. - One letter of professional recommendation
- A signed copy of the technology agreement
Exercise Science in Kinesiology

Once you are accepted, a $100 tuition deposit is required to guarantee your place in the classroom.; This payment will be credited against your first semester tuition. You may make the payment by check, money order or online.
