- Two letters of professional recommendation
- A signed copy of the technology agreement
- Current resume
- One page essay stating personal, professional and educational goals (Child Development, Family Life Education, Criminal Justice and Public Safety degrees only)

Once you are accepted, a $100 tuition deposit is required to guarantee your place in the classroom.; This payment will be credited against your first semester tuition. You may make the payment by check, money order or online.
