An advanced degree always helps to enhance professional credentials. As a project manager with the St. Paul Urban League and South Side Community Health, Clarence chose to complete his MA after his successful work in the BA program at Concordia.
"I knew the degree would be important, but I found the intellectual rigor of the program to also be stimulating. It challenges you and your paradigms."
He enjoyed the cohort model (a learning group that remains together for the entire program) that was used in both his degree completion and graduate programs. There is a collaborative environment that encourages students to share their expertise.

As part of his career, Clarence works with fathers and young boys, helping them make good choices in how they interact in their children's lives. Making good decisions is a key part of life, and Clarence found that his studies at Concordia were a valuable choice that he made.
