Lisa Raitz is beginning her seventh year at Concordia University as a staff member. In the summer of 2007, Raitz was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics where she will continue with her prior duties as Senior Woman Administrator and Compliance Coordinator and will assume the day-to-day responsibilities with the athletic department.
In the fall of 2001, Raitz was named the Senior Woman Administrator and also served as an assistant coach for the women's basketball team. In the spring of 2005 Raitz added Compliance Coordinator to her resume. During the summer of 2006, Raitz gave up coaching after five seasons to focus on her administrative duties.
Raitz graduated from Elk River High School in 1996 and went on to Anoka Ramsey Community College where she contributed to two Women's Basketball NJCAA National Titles as a player. She transferred to Concordia University as they moved to the NCAA Division II level and played her final two seasons - while also reuniting with Coach Paul Fessler, whom she played for at ARCC.
Lisa graduated from Concordia in 2001 with a Kinesiology degree and again in 2003 with a Master's in Education.
She is married to John Setterlund and lives in St. Paul with their son Jack (2).
