Feb. 25– Concordia (6-2) earned a split in their second day of action at the Gene Cusic Classic in Fort Meyers on Monday.  The Golden Bears suffered a 2-1 loss to Alma College (1-0) of Alma, Michigan in the morning.  They rebounded to defeat Mercyhust College (PA) 14-6 for the third time in two days in the afternoon.

Game 1 - Alma 2, CU 1
The Golden Bears left eight runners stranded on base in the 2-1 loss.

Game 2 - CU 14, Mercyhurst 6
Sophomore Tiffani Rodd (Cloquet, MN) had a 3-run home run to propel the Golden Bears to the win, while Jenny Kaminski (Jr., Columbia Heights, MN) pitched four innings for the win.
