Sep. 15– Shae Wallin finished 28th of 369 runners in the 6K race at St. Olaf College Saturday to lead the Concordia women to a 16th place finish of 25 competing teams. Wallin finished in a time of 23:49. Dan Schield led the men with a time of 28:07 over 8K to finish 128 of 352 runners in the men's field.
Becca Jordahl of Wisconsin-River Falls won the women's race in a time of 22:21, but Wisconsin-Eau Claire took home top team honors in the women's race.
Joshua Sawe of Iowa Central CC took home the top honors in the men's race in a time of 25:17, with Wisconsin-La Crosse winning the men's team honors.
The Concordia cross country team will be in action again on Saturday, Sept. 29 at the Roy Griak meet in St. Paul.
