Nov. 19– Concordia sophmore Craig Heiman has earned NSIC Player of the Week honors after his performance against Peru State and Macalester College at the CSP Wildwood Lodge Tipoff Classic.

Heiman averaged 24.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in Concordia’s two wins on the week. He scored 27 points on 9-16 form the field, including 3-6 from three point range and 6-6 from the free throw line against Macalester. He opened the season scoring 22 points, making 7-20 (3-7 from three) and 5-5 from the free throw line against Peru State. On the weekend, he finished shooting 16-36 (.444) from the field, including 6-13 (.462) from three and a perfect 11-11 from the free throw line. He also had four assists and three steals on the weekend.
