Jul. 01– Concordia golf coach Matt Higgins has announced that Nick Gallaway has signed a National Letter of Intent to play golf for the Bears, becoming the second men's golfer to sign for the inaugural 2005-06 golf season.

Gallaway, who golfed for the Bears of White Bear Lake High School, was a member of the 2004 state champions and the 2005 conference champion squads. He was named 2005 all-conference and academic all-state as he averaged a 75.0 during his senior year. Nick was recognized for three consecutive years (2003-05) for the outstanding academic achievement award.
