Forrest Witt enters his second season as a full-time assistant for the Golden Bears after spending the previous two years as a graduate assistant. Now in his fourth year with Concordia, Witt serves as the recruiting coordinator and works specifically with perimeter player development while assisting in many other aspects of the program.
A 1998 graduate of Morris Area High School (Morris, MN) and a 2003 graduate of St. Cloud State in Elementary Education, Forrest completed his masters degree in Organizational Management at Concordia in the spring of 2007.
While at St. Cloud State, his team was the 2001 & 2003 NCC Championships. He was the NCC tournament MVP both of those seasons. Besides being the captain his senior year, he was a three time all conference and all-region player while earning all-America honorable mention honors. He is the second all-time leading scorer and was a three-time academic all-conference selection. His senior year he was chosen as Male Athlete of the Year (2003).
Forrest and his wife, Kelli, reside in Minneapolis, Minn.
