Concordia Lands Three on NSIC All-NSIC Teams; Noser Named NSIC Newcomer of Year

The 2007-08 NSIC women's golf all-conference team has been announced as voted on by the league coaches and includes three Concordia athletes. Jacquelyn Hauser earned first team honors, while Carley Paulseth and Molly Noser made the second team. Noser was also named the NSIC Newcomer of the Year.

Hauser Receives Invite to NCAA North Regional

Concordia University women's golfer Jacquelyn Hauser (Jr., Caledonia, Minn.) will become the third golfer in program history to compete at regionals, receiving an individual berth in the 2008 NCAA North Regional played May 5-7 at Kingswalk Golf Course in Grand Forks, N.D.

Freshman Molly Noser (Rochester, MN) fired back-to-back 81's to shoot a 162 and finish third of 61 golfers at the Okoboji Invite hosted by Neb. Omaha. As a team, Concordia finished sixth of ten teams with a 688.

Jacqueline Hauser (Jr., Caledonia, MN) fired a 86-81=167 to finish fourth and lead the Golden Bears to a team fourth-place finish of the seven North Central Region teams at the Ironwood Invite hosted by Neb. Omaha.

Three CU Players Finish in Top Ten as Team Finishes Second at NSIC Championships

Three Concordia women's golfer's finished in the top ten at the 2007-08 NSIC Golf Championships held at Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton, SD. Junior Jacquelyn Hauser (Caledonia, MN) shot a 75 in the final day of the tournament to finish third and earn first team NSIC all-tournament. As a team, the Golden Bears posted their highest finish in school history finishing second with a four day total of 1320.

Three Concordia women's golfer's rank in the top ten after the third round of the 2007-08 NSIC Golf Championships held at Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton, SD. The first two rounds of the tournament were held in the fall at Pebble Creek Golf Course in Becker, MN.
