Padjen is in his fifth season with the Bears program. He is involved in all aspects of coaching for the volleyball program. Prior to joining the Concordia staff, he was assistant volleyball coach at St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. He also has coaching experience with the Junior Olympics. He is a graduate from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He also works for JBS Financial Group in Plymouth, MN. |
