DCE Colloquy Admission Information

- Must posses an earned baccalaureate degree with a minimum 2.5 CGPA
- Membership in an LCMS congregation and provide evidence of active participation in church work over a period of time
- Serve as paid staff (PT or FT) for a LC-MS congregation or Recognized Service Organization of the LCMS
- Request application materials
- Send University application & $30 Application fee to Admissions Office c/o Kristin Schoon
- Send official transcripts from the college or university granting undergraduate degree to Admissions Office c/o Kristin Schoon
- Send all Colloquy application materials to Colloquy Office c/o Kathryn Hagen
- Return Verified Credential Release form (for background check) & Background check fee $50 to Colloquy Office c/o Kathryn Hagen

DCE Colloquy Program:
This is a 30-credit graduate program: 24 graduate credits and 6 undergraduate credits. Tuition rate is $214 per academic credit for 2007-2008. For financial aid applications contact your LCMS district office and congregation. Federal loan aid is available for the Cohort portion of the program through Concordia's Financial Aid office: (651) 603-6300 or finaid@csp.edu.
CUEnet:
Complete the CUEnet Theology coursework online or document its equivalent; 8 courses at $625 per course.
