Graebner Memorial Chapel

The Graebner Memorial Chapel was built in 1911 to be Concordia's gymnasium, and was transformed into a modern chapel seating approximately 300 people in 1955. The chapel is named for Dr. Martin Adolph Henry Graebner, who served as second president of Concordia from 1927-1946.

The ministry of Graebner Memorial Chapel is open to all and serves as a center for prayer, devotion and worship. Within the context of Lutheran heritage and centered in the Word, daily chapels provide diversity in music, speakers, and style. This ministry exists to strengthen and nourish the Christian journey and to equip God's people for service and witness in the context of their daily life.
