Graebner Memorial Chapel & Cross of Christ Fellowship Center

Concordia University, St. Paul plans to enhance the existing Graebner Memorial Chapel through the addition of space for fellowship, and enhancement of other facets of the building, such as handicapped access, restrooms, and mechanical and audio-visual systems.

The Cross of Christ Fellowship Center will add 7,000 square feet connecting to the west end of the current chapel and, as funding permits, enhancements to the existing chapel.

The Cross of Christ Fellowship Center will provide opportunities for students, faculty and staff to gather in Christian fellowship both before and after worship. The new space will also offer the opportunity for the hosting of other campus and community gatherings as well as selected private events such as weddings in a setting that speaks clearly and strongly to Concordia's Christian heritage and commitment.

The Cross of Christ Fellowship Center will support, encourage and, by God's grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, bless the spiritual life of the Concordia University campus.

The addition will add 3,500 finished and 3,500 unfinished sq. ft. to the existing chapel.
