Attire
Concordia University is hosting the One-Stop Grad-Shop. ONLY if you are unable to attend the One-Stop Grad-Shop event, then please complete the below, online order form. If we do not receive your form by April 6, 2008, we can not guarantee that you will have attire in which to process.
- April 7-April 20: $15.00
- April 21-May 2: $25.00
- May 3-May 10: $40.00
Undergraduate students, who submit an on-line order form will receive a cap and gown, academic honor medallion or pin (if eligible) and an information sheet in the mail.
Graduate students, who submit an on-line order form will receive a cap, gown, hood, a medallion that signifies their achievement in maintaining a 3.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average and reflects the degree earned. (i.e Christian Outreach, Education, Human Services, or Organizational Management) and an information sheet in the mail.
If you have not received your package by May 2, 2008, please send an e-mail to commencement@csp.edu. Please refrain from following up until this date.
If a piece of your attire is not included in your package or you forget a piece of attire at home on commencement day, we will have available some extra gowns, tassels, caps and hoods. However, we will not guarantee the appropriate gown size.
NOTE:
We will not be able to distribute or address any concerns regarding eligibility for academic honors on commencement day. Under no circumstances will exceptions be made. Please contact the Registrar's office after Commencement if you feel that you have earned an honor medallion or pin.
