Graduates may order or purchase most of the following items year round or from February 11-May 10, 2008 in the Bookstore or at the One-Stop Grad-Shop Event.
Graduation Announcements
Students may purchase either personalize or generic announcements in the Campus Bookstore or call Balfour (announcement distributor) at (877) 225-3687. Orders must be placed by Monday, March 24, 2008. Announcement order forms will also be mailed to your home the week of February 18, 2008. These forms may also be picked-up at the One-Stop Grad-Shop event.
Class Rings
View a sample of the class ring. You may also visit the Concordia Bookstore on campus or see them at the One-Stop Grad-Shop. Class rings are available for purchase at the bookstore and may be ordered year round.
Photography
Chappell Studios of Fairfield, Iowa, will take a photo of each graduate as you receive your diploma cover. A proof and order form will be mailed to your home within 5-7 days following the ceremony. If you have not received your proof by July 1, 2008, please contact (800) 247-3435 x269. NOTE: Since professional photographs will be available, family members and their guests are encouraged to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
Diploma Frames
Diploma frames are available for purchase year round in the Campus Bookstore. Interested graduates may also submit an order online or by picking up an order form at the Campus Bookstore or at the One-Stop Grad-Shop event (these forms must be turned in at the bookstore). A sample frame for viewing is available in the bookstore.
Videographer
All students who participate in commencement will receive a complimentary, professionally created DVD of your commencement ceremony in which you participate. This memento will be sent between August- September, 2008 to the permanent address on file with the Office of the Registrar. Please ensure that your correct permanent address is on file with the university; make any changes through your Bear Path account.
