- Please send ONLY ONE CHECK from your congregation
for the full payment of ALL students registering. - Make checks payable to "Concordia University Junior High Youth Gathering."
- All forms must be signed. Any unsigned forms will be returned to congregations.
You will be informed by email or by phone when your registration has been accepted.
Due to numerous applications to attend this event there will be a random drawing of church groups until we reach the 450 participant limit.
