About Molly Bruner
Molly Bruner, MS, LPSC, is an Adult Probation Supervisor for the Ramsey County Corrections Department in St. Paul, MN. She has worked in the field of corrections for 13 ½ years. She received her MS from Minnesota State University, Mankato in Counseling and Student Personnel. She received her undergraduate degree from St. Thomas University in Criminal Justice and Philosophy. Currently, she supervises probation and parole officers working with high risk clients that live in the metro area. Prior to her work as a supervisor, she was a Planning Specialist and trainer for Evidence Based Practices within the department. She helped guide EBP implementation across all divisions within Ramsey County, both juvenile and adult. She has developed expertise in the areas of assessment, evidence based programming and Motivational Interviewing. She has taught Evidence Based Practices and presented at various conferences across the country. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. She has been an adjunct professor at Concordia University since 2010 in Troubled Youth and Contemporary Issues in Corrections as well as teaches a Counseling and Interviewing Skills course at Metro State University.
