The following must be completed in order to participate in Commencement.

Eligiblity

All students with 15 or fewer credits outstanding by August 31, 2013 are eligible to participate in the May 2013 Commencement ceremony. In order for graduates in cohort-delivered programs to be eligible, the cohort's last course must be completed by August 31, 2013.

Application Deadline

The application deadline for graduation for undergraduate and graduate students programs is November 16, 2012. If you have missed this deadline, please contact your academic advisor immediately. All students must apply for graduation whether or not they are planning to participate in the commencement ceremony. If you submit your application after the deadline, you will be assessed a $25 fee. Please note, completing this form does NOT take the place of ordering your cap & gown. 

Account Status

All eligible graduates should visit their CSP Connect account to ensure that your tuition is paid to date. If you still have questions after viewing your account, then call (651) 603-6300 .

Graduation Fee

All graduates are required to pay a $125.00 graduation fee, regardless if you process or not; this fee will be posted to your student account. This fee covers your attire, medallion or pin (if qualified) or degree medallion, diploma and mailing, diploma cover and our ability to provide students with a commencement ceremony. Diplomas will not be released until this amount and your tuition is paid in full. Please direct all questions or concerns by calling (651) 603-6300.

Laptops

Graduates must turn in their laptop and pay any outstanding technology fees, if applicable, by May 10, 2013 at 4 p.m. If you have any concerns, please contact the Help Desk, helpdesk@csp.edu or call (651) 641-8766 .

Parking Tickets and Campus Keys

Parking ticket questions can be directed to Mark Heiser, Heiser@csp.edu or call at (651) 641-8717 . In addition, any keys issued to students which are not returned by Sunday, May 12 will be billed to your student account as a lost key ($65.00 each). Library Materials

All lost library materials and outstanding fees must be taken care of by April 29, 2013. Please direct all questions to Jennifer Borkenhagen at borkenhagen@csp.edu or call (651) 641-8237 . Students are responsible for any lost or late fees incurred for materials due after the above date.
