The following must be completed in order to participate in Commencement. Please visit the FAQ document for more details pertaining to the below.
All students with 15 or fewer credits outstanding by May 11, 2014 and who are planning to complete in summer term are eligible to participate in the May 2014 commencement ceremony.
The application deadline for graduation for undergraduate and graduate students programs was November 22, 2013. If you have missed this deadline, please contact your academic advisor immediately. All students must apply for graduation whether or not they are planning to participate in the commencement ceremony. If you submit your application after the deadline, you will be assessed a $25 fee. Please note, completing this form does NOT take the place of ordering your cap & gown.
All eligible graduates should visit their CSP Connect account to ensure that your tuition is paid to date. If you still have questions after viewing your account, then call (651) 603-6300 .
All graduates are required to pay a $125.00 graduation fee, regardless if you process or not; this fee will be posted to your student account. This fee covers your attire, medallion or pin (if qualified) or degree medallion, diploma and mailing, diploma cover and our ability to provide students with a commencement ceremony. Diplomas will not be released until this amount and your tuition is paid in full. Please direct all questions or concerns by calling (651) 603-6300.
Graduates must turn in their laptop and pay any outstanding technology fees, if applicable, by May 9, 2014 at 4 p.m. If you have any concerns, please contact the Help Desk, firstname.lastname@example.org or call (651) 641-8766 .
Parking Tickets and Campus Keys
Parking ticket questions can be directed to David Galloway. In addition, any keys issued to students which are not returned by Sunday, May 11 will be billed to your student account as a lost key ($65.00 each). Questions can be directed to Megan Huff.
All lost library materials and outstanding fees must be taken care of by April 30, 2014. Please direct all questions to Jennifer Borkenhagen or call (651) 641-8237 . Students are responsible for any lost or late fees incurred for materials due after the above date.
