Graduation Announcements

Students may purchase either personalize or generic announcements in the Campus Bookstore or by calling Balfour (announcement and ring distributor) at (877) 225-3687 . Orders must be placed by Monday, March 19, 2012.

Class Rings

You may also visit the Concordia Bookstore on campus or view and order one at the One-Stop Grad-Shop event. Class rings are available for purchase at the bookstore and may be ordered year round.

Photography

Grad Images will take a photo of each graduate: 1) an individual shot before you walk up the stage, 2) as you shake the President's hand while receiving your diploma cover and 3)  in front of a Concordia banner as you exit the stage. You can expect to have proofs emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your ceremony and mailed to the permanent address on file with the University, so be sure your permanent address is updated on your CSP Connect. Orders can be placed online at Grad Images or by phone at (800) 261-2576 . To expedite the order process please register your e-mail address prior to graduation at GradTrak.

DVD's

Graduates interested in receiving one complimentary copy of their ceremony should complete this form by June 18.  Orders will be processed and DVDs duplicated by July 15.  You should receive your copy by August 10. 

NOTE: Since professional photographs will be available, family members and their guests are encouraged to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.

Diploma Frames

Diploma frames are available for purchase year round in the Campus Bookstore. Interested graduates may also submit an order online or by picking up an order form at the Campus Bookstore or at the One-Stop Grad-Shop event (these forms must be turned in at the bookstore). A sample frame for viewing is available in the bookstore.
