The following are included in the $800.00 chapel rental:
- Wedding Coordinator to facilitate rehearsal & wedding ceremony
- Audio Visual Technician present during the rehearsal and wedding
- Two dressing rooms
- Grand Piano and Organ
- One lectern microphone and one lapel microphone
- Table for guest book and gifts
- Custodial Services
- Campus Security
- Free Parking in Lot
- One hour rehearsal time in the chapel (4pm - 5pm or 5pm - 6pm)
- Four hours in the chapel on the day of the wedding (times frames listed below):
Friday Wedding:
- 3:00pm - 7pm (Wedding at 6pm)
- 4:00pm - 8pm (Wedding at 7pm)
Saturday Weddings:
- 9:00am - 1:00pm (Wedding at 12:00pm)
- 10:00am - 2:00pm (Wedding at 1:00pm)
- 11:00am - 3:00pm (Wedding at 2:00pm)
- 12:00pm - 4:00pm (Wedding at 3:00pm)
The following are days that weddings may not be scheduled:
- Lent (February 17 - April 5th, 2010)
- Easter Break (March 31st - April 5th, 2010)
- Commencement Weekend (May 14th-16th, 2010)
- Memorial Day Weekend (May 28nd-31st, 2010)
- July 4th Holiday Weekend (July 2nd-4th, 2010)
- Labor Day Weekend (Sept. 3rd-6th, 2010)
- All Saints (November 3rd-30th, 2009)
- Christmas/New Years (Dec. 24, 2009-Jan. 4th, 2010)
During certain festive times of year (such as lent), the chapel will be decorated.
