In this program, students learn theory and have numerous opportunities to bridge theory into
practical applications. Students can participate in conferences, workshops, seminars and
clinics locally and nationally. Students can also participate in the Concordia Health Alliance
for Majors in Physical Education & Kinesiology (CHAMP) club by attending professional
conferences, sponsoring club events and by participating in service-learning opportunities.
Concordia’s convenient location gives students access to internships with a variety
of local organizations, such as the area hospitals, therapy clinics, Special Olympics, and the fitness and wellness industry.
Small classes led by experienced faculty ensure students receive the one-on-one attention that graduates attribute to successful career preparation.
