Congratulations on your acceptance to Concordia University, St. Paul!

By your admission to Concordia, you have completed the first step in ensuring an education that will allow you to grow as an individual in mind, body and spirit.

If you have not already done so (or even if you have!) we strongly encourage you to visit our campus.

Now that you have been accepted, please complete and submit the list of items below.

Register for New Student Orientation

New Student Orientation (NSO) is your official welcome into the Concordia community! You will have the opportunity to register for fall semester classes, meet and mingle with faculty, staff, and students and learn about all the resources available to you at Concordia.

You will be mailed an invitation with your assigned date as well as all the details for the day.

Submit Your Tuition Deposit

Admitted students are required to make a $100 tuition deposit to reserve their place in the entering class. (Non-refundable after May 1, 2012)

Pay your tuition deposit online, in person, or by mail.

Send Your Housing Application and Payment

First-Year Students Entering Concordia in Fall 2012:
To request campus housing for the 2012-13 academic year, apply immediately.

When applying, review the Housing Agreement and complete and return the Housing Application with a down payment of $125 (non-refundable after May 1, 2012). Submit payment online, in person, or by mail. The housing application will not be processed without payment.

First-year students are required to live on campus unless living at home with a parent or guardian. If you meet this criteria and do not plan to live on campus, you must complete and submit the Petition to Live Off Campus.

Transfer Students Entering Concordia in Fall 2012:
To request campus housing for the 2012-13 academic year, apply immediately.

If you do not plan to live on campus, you must complete and submit the Petition to Live Off Campus.

Complete Your FAFSA

After January 1, 2012 you are eligible to apply for financial aid. To apply, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and choose Concordia, St. Paul using the code 002347.

Approximately two weeks after submitting the FAFSA you will receive notification of your financial aid award package.

Submit the Immunization Form

Minnesota State law requires proof of immunization. You will not be allowed to register until the required documentation has been submitted.

Complete the Post-Acceptance Questionnaire

Although this questionnaire has no bearing on your admission eligibility, it helps ensure we have complete records for your enrollment and reporting of various data.

Learn About Welcome Week

Welcome Week is our official kick-off to the school year. All new students will be notified of their scheduled move in time. Transfer students will arrive on campus Saturday, August 25, and first-year students and commuter students will arrive Sunday, August 26. Once you're on campus, there will be many events and activities going on as part of Welcome Week.
