AdmissionsUndergraduate Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance!

By your admission to Concordia you have completed the first step in ensuring an education that will allow you to grow as an individual in mind, body and spirit.

Next Steps

To finalize your enrollment, please complete the items below:

Submit Your Tuition Deposit

Admitted students are required to make a $100 tuition deposit to reserve their place in the entering class. The deposit is applied to your first semester tuition at Concordia and is not a separate fee.

The deposit is non-refundable after May 1, 2016 for Fall 2016 enrollment; December 1, 2016 for Spring 2017 enrollment.

Register for Fall Semester Classes

If you are an accepted student planning to attend Fall 2016 but have not yet registered for fall semester classes, please contact the Office of Academic Advising at or 651-603-6318 right away to begin the registration process.

Apply for Financial Aid

After January 1, 2016 you are eligible to apply for financial aid. To apply, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and choose Concordia, St. Paul using the code 002347.

Approximately two weeks after submitting the FAFSA you will receive notification of your financial aid award package.

Send Your Housing Application and Payment

Students Entering Concordia in Fall 2016:
The 2016-2017 housing application is now available. Please review the Housing Agreement then complete and return the Housing Application with the housing down payment of $125 (non-refundable after May 1, 2016). The housing application will not be processed without payment.

First-year students are required to live on campus unless living at home with a parent or guardian. If you meet this criteria and do not plan to live on campus, you must complete and submit the Petition to Live Off-Campus.

Students requiring any accommodations should complete the housing accommodation form and contact Student Accessibility Services at as soon as possible when applying for housing.
The deadline for accommodation requests is May 1 for fall term and December 1 for spring term.

Submit the Immunization Form

Minnesota State law requires proof of immunization. You will not be allowed to enroll until the required documentation has been submitted.

Review Concordia’s Technology Requirements

Students enrolling at Concordia must have access to a laptop that meets Concordia University’s technology requirements. An acceptable device is one that is capable of running a supported operating system (View Concordia University Technology Requirements). Most laptops sold within the last two years will meet these requirements.

Concordia is one of the first universities to partner with Microsoft to license Microsoft Office for all students. This software will be available at no cost to students and the license allows installation on up to five devices owned by the student.

Questions about the requirements? Contact Concordia’s Help Desk at or 651-641-8866.
