Apr. 05– Consistency was the word of the day as five of the six golfers fired an 88 for the #24 Concordia women's golf team.  The Golden Bears are in fourth place of ten teams after the first round of the Peacock Spring Classic in Amana, Iowa. 

Junior Jacquelyn Hauser (Caledonia, MN) leads the Golden Bears with a 86 with her five teammates two strokes back after round one on the par-72 5844 yard Amana Colonies Golf Course.

Concordia shot a team score of 350, ten strokes off the lead held by Augustana College (340).  Augustana's Carly Roach had the low round of the day with an 81.
