Sep. 08– The Concordia men's golf team opened their 2007 fall season with a third place finish at the Husky Invitational played at the par-72 Wapicada Golf Club in Sauk Rapids, Saturday with a 310.  Freshman Garrett Larson led the Bears with a 75 to finish in a tie for ninth.

The Huskies swept first place honors with Danny Anderson of SCSU winning overall with a 68 and the Husky Red team taking team honors with a team score 285.

Winona State finished second with a 303 and Upper Iowa shot a 314.
