Oct. 17– The Concordia-St. Paul women's golf team has been ranked #23 by the Golf World/NGCA Division II Coaches Poll. In the third poll of the golf season, the Golden Bears cracked the top-25 on the national scene for the first time in program history.
The Golden Bears are currently second after the fall portion of the NSIC Championships that will conclude during the spring season. They trail Upper Iowa, ranked #16 in the nation, by 36 strokes after two rounds of play with two rounds still to be completed.
Future Northern Sun member Augustana is ranked #22, just one spot ahead of Concordia while another future NSIC member, Minnesota State, received the #25 ranking.
