Oct. 20– #12 Winona State (13-3, 501 NSIC) scored in the last second literally as Leslie Schumacher took a shot from Heidi Woerle and readjusted the ball to just inside the back of the right corner at 109:59 in the second overtime to give the Warriors a 1-0 win over Concordia (3-12-2, 1-5 NSIC).

The Golden Bears managed seven shot, with only four on goal.  Hillary Johnson had three shots, with two on goal for the Bears.

The Warriors managed 13 of their 31 shots on goal.  Keyton Wheelock stopped 12 shots in net for Concordia, while Amanda Diehm came up with all four saves for the Warriors.

The Golden Bears will be in action again on Sunday at 1:00 at Upper Iowa in NSIC action.
