Aug. 22– The Concordia cross country team will open its 2005 season on Sept. 2 at the MSU Moorhead Invite. It will be the first on seven meets for the Bears, including the prestigous Roy Griak Invite at the University of Minnesota and the Sean Earl Invite in Chicago, Illinois.

The Bears roster includes nine women and seven men, including NSIC all-conference performers Renato Otten and Paul James. The roster includes eight returners and eight newcomers.

Look for the Bears to compete for a NSIC crown in 2005.
