Sep. 04– The Concordia women’s golf team finished its first action of the fall at the MSU Maverick Roundup Sunday afternoon at the St. James Country Club. The Bears finished the two-days of action with a team total of 809. North Dakota won the tournament with a team score of 639. UNO's Amanda Stock captured individual medalist honors over Truman State's Laura Westensee in a playoff round. Stock and Westensee both finished with scores of 154.
Jacquelyn Hauser led the Bears with a two-day total of 175. Kelsey Walt fired a 189, while Carly Paulseth shot a 216 and Alicia Ulring had a 226.
The Bears will be back in action again Sept. 9 at the Winona State Open at Oaks GC in Hayfield, MN.
