Feb. 17– The Concordia women's cross country team earned recognition by the United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) as one of 84 teams (Division I, II and III) that earned All-Academic distinction. A team had to have a GPA of 3.0 to qualify.
The Bears had the eighth highest GPA of Division II schools at 3.64 and was the one of four NSIC schools to earn the honor, joining Wayne State (3.70), Winona State (3.27) and Northern State (3.15) on the list.
