Jun. 02– Concordia golf coach Matt Higgins has announced that Amanda Bearson has committed to play golf for the Golden Bears in 2006-07.  Bearson comes to Concordia from Lanesboro high school in Lanesboro, Minn.

She is a five-time letterwinner in golf and has earned three letters in basketball.  She earned three individual and two conference titles and three individual and team sub-section titles.  She was her school's valedictorian and a memner of the a-honor roll and student council.
