Jul. 17– Concordia's Jacquelyn Hauser, Carley Paulseth and Kelsey Walt earned academic recognition by the National Golf Coaches Association as it announced the All-American Scholar Teams for Division I, II & III with a total of 371 women�s collegiate golfers recognized with this prestigious honor.
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent of all college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50 and student-athletes must have competed in at least 50% (Division I) or 66% (Division II & III) of the college�s regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
Hauser is a freshman elementary education major from Caledonia, Minn. Pauselth, a freshman from Moose Lake, Minn., is a kinesiology major and Kelsey Walt, a sophomore biology major from Bloomington, Minn.
Winona State had two golfers earn the honor, while Southwest Minnesota State had five women make the list from the NSIC.
