Sep. 23– The Concordia men's and women's cross country teams ran at the largest cross country meet in the nation on Saturday at the Roy Griak Invite on the Les Bolstad Golf Course of the UM St. Paul campus.
Shae Wallin placed in the top 100 of nearly 300 hundred runners, finishing 99th in a time of 25:20. Genevieve Binsfeld of Minot State won the race in a time of 22:46.8. The Bears finished 25th of 29 teams, with Black Hills State winning the meet.
Kyle Warren led the men with a 28:38 to finish 196 of nearly 500 runners. Tyler Sigl of UW Platteville won the race at 25:34 and Concordia University of California took top team honors with a 46.
