Oct. 08– The Concordia women's golf team is in fourth of nine teams at the NSIC Championships after the first two of four rounds with a 340-331=671 at the par 72, 5869 yard Pebble Creek Golf Course in Becker, MN. The championship will resume play with the third and fourth rounds in April as the conference is going to a first ever four round championship. The site is yet to be determined.
Freshman Kelly Godwin is tied for fifth-place with a 77-82=159 while Amanda Bearson is in ninth with a 85-81=166.
Winona State leads the four-day event with a 342-315=657 with Warior Morgan Proshek leading with a 79-74=153.
