Nov. 04– The Concordia men's and women's cross country teams finished their 2006 season at the North Central regional meet in Wayne, Nebraska. The men finished in 18th of 20 teams, while the women placed 22nd of 24 teams.
Kyle Warren ran the second fastest 10,000 time in school history finishing 66th in a time of 34:04.30.
Adams State won the team title, while Kim Hogarth of Western State took individual honors in a time of 30:33.30.
On the women's side, Shae Wallin was the Bears top finisher, crossing the line in 24:21.80. She was the fifth fastest NSIC finisher in the race.
Ester Koman of Western State took the individual title in a time of 20:58.45 to lead Western State to the team title.
