Paige is in her fourth season on the Concordia coaching staff, where she has been instrumental in the Golden Bears success. Paige works closely with the hitters and coaches first base.

Dopp, a three-time all-NSIC pitcher for Concordia from 1999-02, led the Golden Bears to their first-ever NSIC regular season and conference tournament titles in 2001. She was named Most Valuable Pitcher of the NSIC tournament in 2000 and again in 2001.  Her name can be found throughout the Concordia recordbook.

A graduate of Centennial High School, graduated from Concordia in 2002 with a degree in education and is currently a special education teacher in New Hope, MN.  She is finishiner her masters degree in education at Concordia.
