Lettered 11 times in basketball (4), volleyball (4) and track & field (3) for the Titans ... was a Miss Basketball Finalist and an Athena Award winner ... was an all-state selection in basketball and volleyball ... was a Pioneer Press Athlete of the Week ... was named MVP and team captain for basketball, volleyball and track & field ... helped Titans to win four conference titles in basketball and volleyball as well as one in track & field ... earned all-conference honors three times in volleyball and basketball and two in track & field ... scored over 1,500 career points, averaging 18.5 per game with 11 rebounds and four assists her senior season ... was academic all-state and on the A honor roll ... also involved in DECA, DARE, youth mentor program and FCA.

Born July 20, 1986 in Oakdale, MN ... daughter of Steve and Wendy Nielsen... has three siblings: twin brother, Adam (21), Tad (15) and Samantha (12) ... is a communication studies major at Concordia and would like to pursue a career as a public relations representative.
