Facilities

Our Conference & Event Services Department consists of five full-time staff with 27 years of event planning experience. We are dedicated to helping you every step to plan the perfect event.

If your event requires equipment that we do not have in-house we have terrific relationships with outside vendors and are able to arrange sound, lighting, staging, table, and chair rental with ability to provide all set-up and tear down, custodial and security support. During our summer months, we are able to accommodate conferences that desire to sleep, meet, and eat on campus.

We are able to provide several conference packages for you to choose from and will do our best to negotiate costs so that they will meet your financial and event needs. Please visit the below links for some in-house services that are available for your event.

Whether you're planning a summer conference for 4000 attendees, a 100 booth tradeshow, theatrical or sport camp, small meeting, or a professional association meeting. Gangelhoff Center Arena
45,000 square-foot facility accommodates up to 3,400 attendees. Great for tournaments, camps, conferences, trade shows, and concerts.

Buetow Music Center
This building features a 480-seat Music Auditorium with fold-out desks, a band and choral room, and several classrooms. Great for concerts, recitals, conferences, and seminars.

E.M. Pearson Building
A plush 340-seat theatre, dance studio, dressing rooms, green room, and black box are great spaces for theatre and dance performances, seminars or business meetings.

Buenger Education Center
Recently remodeled room displays wonderful natural light, ideal for receptions, seminars, and conferences.

Dining Hall
This newly remodeled hall comfortably seats up to 225 guests and is equipped with a stage, ideal for receptions, seminars, conferences, presentations, or performances.

Chapel
Accommodates 250 people comfortably and is very popular for weddings.

Classrooms
Classrooms are ideal for break out spaces with most accommodating up to 40 people and several that may be configured to seat 90-100.

Guest Rooms
More than 400 beds are available for lodging in our residence halls.
