If you are an experienced human resource professional or new to the field, you will find the Human Resource Management major at Concordia University provides a practical yet thorough program that prepares the adult student for a leadership role as a human resource professional.
The rapidly changing workplace requires that human resource professionals have the knowledge to meet today’s organizational needs as well as develop the competencies necessary for the rapidly changing future.
Students learn in a cohort model, whether it’s an online program or a classroom setting, where they can learn from the experiences of their classmates as well as the experiences of seasoned faculty.
We take pride in selecting faculty that are experienced in the human resource profession and adult education.
