Informational meeting on traveling to Haifa to be a part of the Hippos of the Decapolis excavation team: Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 11:30 a.m. in LMC04. Other meetings will be held as the dig approaches, TBA.  Anyone interested is invited to join the dig. Join the adventure... For the last decade, Concordia University, St. Paul has been a partner with the University of Haifa in the archaeological excavations at Hippos of the Decapolis, the "city set on a hill" to which Jesus referred (Matt 5:14). Every year, students, staff and friends of Concordia are invited to be members of the dig team. Concordia's team is seeking adult volunteers for the 2012 season at Hippos scheduled for July 1-26, 2012.
