What

The Christus Chorus will present their annual tour home concert on Friday, April 13 at 7:30 p.m. in the Graebner Memorial Chapel (1259 Carroll Avenue, St. Paul, MN  55104).  The concert is built on Concordia’s theme of the year, “We Are God’s People” and is free and open to the public.  The music in the program is diverse, from ancient chant music to Renaissance motets, from Schuetz to Brahms, to modern music.  A featured piece is the “Lamentations of Jeremiah” by Argentinian composer Alberto Ginastera.  The program also includes Gospel, folk song, and popular music settings.
