Concordia Hosting Minnesota Early Childhood Educator's Conference

Spiritual enrichment and continuing education for early childhood educators are the focus for the 10th Annual Minnesota Early Childhood Educator's Conference March 9 and 10 at Concordia University.

The two-day Christian conference will feature worship, motivational keynote speakers and sectionals aimed at the unique needs of teachers of children birth to age eight.

Kari Bappe, a school psychologist for the South Sioux City Community District the past 12 years, and Judith Christian, a former teacher in Lutheran schools in Illinois, Ohio and Missouri, are the keynote speakers. Christian holds an honorary doctorate from Concordia.

The Minnesota Early Childhood Educator's Conference is limited to 400 attendees per day. Walk-up registrations are being accepted.
