The Concordia Art Center rededication is taking place Friday, Oct. 4, 2013 at 3 p.m. The remodeled building is now home to all art and design studios. A short rededication ceremony and ribbon cutting will begin at 3 p.m. at the building's entrance. Guests will have the opportunity to view and tour the entire building during the rededication. Refreshments will be available.
This architecture award-winning structure was dedicated in 1973 as the University Student Union. The 23,000 square foot facility provides instructional studio space for printmaking, painting, drawing, graphic design and other art studies as well as faculty offices. It features two gallery spaces for curated exhibitions and student exhibitions.
