Michael Bauerle felt he had reached a point in his career where he was being overlooked for promotions because he did not have a degree.
“I already had plenty of work experience, I just needed the degree to complement it,” Michael said. “Instead of waiting for opportunities to find me, I decided to take charge of my life by pursuing a degree to increase my personal value and become a more solid candidate for promotion.”
Michael’s efforts got him noticed at work, including praise for his academic accomplishment from his vice president before the entire global sales force.
“I feel that I have a new level of respect from the rest of the leadership team in my division and doors will now start to open as I pursue new growth opportunities within the company.”
