Human Resources Management Certificate
As Human Resource professionals progress in their careers, they frequently find the need to gain more in-depth knowledge in selected areas of HR. The HR Certificate program provides a solid base for professionals who are looking to "fill in the gaps" between their current education and the needs for the career track they are pursuing.
The program includes a base of core classes that provide an integrated overview of HR management and serves as the foundation for entry into the functional specializations. All classes are offered on Saturdays on Concordia's campus.
Participants may take one class, to explore a topic, or all the courses in a series to complete a certificate. There are no prerequisites to register for these classes, and students have the option of earning semester college credits or non-credit.
To earn the Human Resources Management Certificate, students must successfully complete at least 12 credits from the following list of courses:
*Please note* Students enrolled in the Human Resource Management accelerated degree program may also choose to enroll in the HR certificate, however certificate classes may not be substituted for accelerated degree courses. Certificate courses will be transcripted as electives.
