Holst Hall
Holst Hall is an apartment-style residence hall that houses 300 upperclassmen. Opened in the fall of 2008, this building has 4-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and studio-style units. Each suite includes a private bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom furnishings. Building amenities include fitness center, laundry facility, and media room.
Hyatt Village
This hall houses sophomore men and women. Three sections are used for women and two for men. The rooms are designed as suites (two people per room sharing a bathroom). Hyatt Village is also connected to the university's tunnel system. The average room dimension is 10' x 12'.
Luther Hall
First year women are assigned to Luther Hall. Each of the four wings has a lounge area and there is a 24-hour lounge. Luther is on the 'tunnel' that connects many university facilities. The average room dimension is 12' x 18.'
Wollaeger Hall
First year men are assigned to Wollaeger Hall. The first floor is home to the Hand-In-Hand Child Care Center. Special features of this hall include air conditioning and an elevator. The average room dimension is 12' x 16'.
