- The Dean of Diversity serves as an advocate and resource for the campus community, and strives to create and sustain supportive relationships with Concordia and the surrounding community. The Office of Diversity Affairs assists in creating a welcoming, inclusive, Christ-centered environment that promotes and celebrates the harmony of diversity that exists in the Concordia community.
