Make a Payment

You can make a payment in person at the Cashier’s office. It is located in Administration building and is open from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. The Cashier’s office is closed for lunch between noon and 1:00 PM daily. Note: Online payments take 2-3 business days for them to be received and posted to a student account.

Direct Deposit Authorization (non-payroll)

A student form to deposit any balance from their accounts directly to their bank account.


Request a Term Receipt
A Term Receipt is a bill or receipt used for employer reimbursement charges incurred during the term you specify.

Payment Options

Concordia University offers the following payment options:

Plan 1: Payment in Full
  • Payment in full (or the total balance due after accounting for financial aid*) by the first due date of the CSP Installment Plan (below). Students may pay online, by mail, or in person.
  • Online – Make a payment online 24/7 by credit card or a bank transfer from a checking or savings account online
  • By Mail – Check or money order to:

*Financial aid awards typically include loan opportunities, for which you must apply and sign a Promissory Note.

Cash or Check

Cash or check can be brought in person to the Cashier window. All payments for Concordia Cash will still be accepted at the Cashier window during business hours.


Online Payments

Locating On-line Payments Through the Portal:

  1. Locate the Quicklinks channel
  2. Click “Make an online payment” link.

Online payments can also be made from checking or savings accounts.

Effective July 1, 2010, all credit card payments on student accounts must be made on-line. The University does not accept credit card payments through the mail, in person, or over the phone.

Please note: There is a non-refundable service charge per credit card transaction. The current charge is 2.75% of the payment amount, which goes to the processing provider.
