AdmissionsUndergraduate Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance!

By your admission to Concordia you have completed the first step in ensuring an education that will allow you to grow as an individual in mind, body and spirit.

Next Steps

To finalize your enrollment, please complete the items below.

1. Apply for Financial Aid

After October 1, 2017 you will be able to file a 2018-19 FAFSA to apply for financial aid. To apply, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and choose Concordia, St. Paul using the code 002347.

Approximately two weeks after submitting the FAFSA you will receive notification of your financial aid award package.

2. Submit Your Tuition Deposit

Admitted students are required to make a $100 tuition deposit to reserve their place in the entering class as well as start the class registration process. The deposit is applied to your first semester tuition at Concordia and is not a separate fee.

The deposit is non-refundable after May 1, 2018 for Fall 2018 enrollment; December 1, 2018 for Spring 2019 enrollment.

*Detailed online payment instructions can be found under Additional Information below

3. Sign Up to Attend Orientation

Orientation is your official welcome into the Concordia community! You will have the opportunity to finalize your class registration*, meet and mingle with faculty, staff, and students and learn about all the resources available to you at Concordia.  Attending Orientation is mandatory for enrollment at CSP.

*Note: The $100 tuition deposit is required to start the class registration process.  If you have questions about payment, please contact your admissions counselor.

4. Review Housing Information - On or Off Campus

Students Living On Campus

To be placed in an on campus residence hall, please complete and submit the housing application along with the housing down payment (non-refundable after May 1, 2018).  The housing application will not be processed without payment.

Students Living Off Campus

First-year students are required to live on campus unless living at home with a parent or guardian.  If you meet this criteria you must submit the Petition to Live Off Campus in lieu of the housing application.

Transfer students (students with college credits post high school) planning to live off campus are exempt from submitting any housing materials including the housing application, housing down payment, and petition to live off campus.

Students Requiring Housing Accommodations

Students requiring any accommodations should complete the housing accommodation form and contact Student Accessibility Services at sas@csp.edu as soon as possible when applying for housing.
The deadline for accommodation requests is May 1 for fall term and December 1 for spring term.

5. Submit the Immunization Form

Minnesota State law requires proof of immunization. You will not be allowed to enroll until the required documentation has been submitted.

Review Concordia’s Technology Requirements

Students enrolling at Concordia must have access to a laptop that meets Concordia University’s technology requirements. An acceptable device is one that is capable of running a supported operating system (View Concordia University Technology Requirements). Most laptops sold within the last two years will meet these requirements.

Concordia is one of the first universities to partner with Microsoft to license Microsoft Office for all students. This software will be available at no cost to students and the license allows installation on up to five devices owned by the student.

Questions about the requirements? Contact Concordia’s Help Desk at helpdesk@csp.edu or 651-641-8866.

Join your new classmates for a day of fun at Valleyfair!  We will provide your admission ticket, lunch and transportation from CSP to/from Valleyfair.

Already signed up? Please complete the liability form as soon as possible.

This event is limited to incoming students admitted to Concordia for Fall 2018.
