AdmissionsUndergraduate Accepted Students

Congratulations on your acceptance!

By your admission to Concordia you have completed the first step in ensuring an education that will allow you to grow as an individual in mind, body and spirit.

Next Steps

To finalize your enrollment, please complete the items below.

1. Apply for Financial Aid

After October 1, 2017 you will be able to file a 2017-18 FAFSA to apply for financial aid. To apply, complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) and choose Concordia, St. Paul using the code 002347.

Approximately two weeks after submitting the FAFSA you will receive notification of your financial aid award package.

2. Submit Your Tuition Deposit

Admitted students are required to make a $100 tuition deposit to reserve their place in the entering class as well as start the class registration process. The deposit is applied to your first semester tuition at Concordia and is not a separate fee.

The deposit is non-refundable after May 1, 2017 for Fall 2017 enrollment; December 1, 2017 for Spring 2018 enrollment.

*Detailed online payment instructions can be found under Additional Information below

3. Sign Up to Attend Orientation

Orientation is your official welcome into the Concordia community! You will have the opportunity to finalize your class registration*, meet and mingle with faculty, staff, and students and learn about all the resources available to you at Concordia.

*Note: The $100 tuition deposit is required to start the class registration process.  If you have questions about payment, please contact your admissions counselor.

4. Send Your Housing Application and Payment (or Off-Campus Petition)

Students Entering Concordia in Fall 2017:
The 2017-2018 housing application is now available.  When applying, return the completed housing application with the $125 housing down payment (non-refundable after May 1, 2017) to Admissions.  The housing application cannot be processed without payment.

First-year students are required to live on campus unless living at home with a parent or guardian. If you meet this criteria and do not plan to live on campus, you must complete and submit the Petition to Live Off-Campus.

Students requiring any accommodations should complete the housing accommodation form and contact Student Accessibility Services at sas@csp.edu as soon as possible when applying for housing.
The deadline for accommodation requests is May 1 for fall term and December 1 for spring term.

5. Submit the Immunization Form

Minnesota State law requires proof of immunization. You will not be allowed to enroll until the required documentation has been submitted.

An acceptable device is one that is capable of running a supported operating system (View Concordia University Technology Requirements). Most laptops sold within the last two years will meet these requirements.

Concordia is one of the first universities to partner with Microsoft to license Microsoft Office for all students. This software will be available at no cost to students and the license allows installation on up to five devices owned by the student.
